FAQs

Does a counseling session cost anything?
No. It is free, and there is no obligation to enrol afterwards. We would rather you chose the right programme, including none of ours, than the wrong one.
Who will I be speaking to?
A QuestPix counselor who knows the exams and the programmes. For anything academic that needs a subject teacher, they will bring one in or arrange a follow-up.
How long does a session take?
Usually 20 to 30 minutes. Long enough to look at your situation properly, short enough to fit in an evening.
Can a parent join the call?
Yes, and it often helps. Fees, schedules and the weekly commitment are usually easier to settle with everyone on the same call.
What should I have ready?
Your target exam and year, your current class, and any recent test scores. None of it is required, but the session is far more useful with them.
