MHT-CET 2027
Maharashtra's common entrance test for engineering, pharmacy and agriculture courses. The single most useful thing to know about it: there is no negative marking, which changes how you should attempt the paper.

Who can apply
- Class 12: Passed or appearing, with Physics and Mathematics for the PCM group, or Physics and Biology for the PCB group. Chemistry is required for both.
- Minimum marks: Generally 45% in the relevant subjects for open-category candidates and 40% for reserved categories from Maharashtra. Confirm in the information brochure.
- Domicile: Maharashtra-state candidates get the large majority of seats. Candidates from outside the state are eligible but compete for a much smaller quota.
- Age: There is no upper age limit for appearing.
- Attempts: There is no restriction on the number of attempts.
