  • Year of Class 12: Passed in 2023/2024 or appearing in 2025 (as per policy).
  • Subjects: Physics + Maths, plus one of Chemistry/Bio/Biotech/Technical vocational.
  • Age limit: No age limit (check latest notification).
  • For NIT/IIIT/GFTI: Aim for 75% in boards or top 20 percentile (65% for SC/ST).
